Mocktail Mule
The twist on this classic Moscow mule is that you don’t feel like you’re missing out on the alcohol as it has a nice kick from the ginger ale. A truly delightful drink on a sunny day.
Ingredients:
Serves: 1
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 1tbs Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Soda Water
- 150ml Ginger Ale
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Lime Wedge
- Ice
Instruction:
First, add the lime juice, 4 torn mint leaves, sugar syrup and soda water and stir very lightly. Then fill the cup halfway with ice and pour the ginger ale until full. For the final touch, garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
Blueberry Rosemary Crush
A fun and refreshing drink. Its softer colour and rosemary flavour are candy for your eyes and tongue.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 10 Blueberries
- 25ml Rosemary syrup
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 1tbs Honey
- Sparkling Water
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
For Rosemary Syrup:
- 3-4tbs Sugar
- 3-4tbs Water
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Instructions:
To make the Rosemary syrup boil the ingredients in a small pan for 10 minutes. Stir regularly, and don’t let it burn. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely. Strain before using.
In a cocktail shaker, add blueberries and mix up thoroughly. Now add Rosemary syrup, honey, lemon juice ice. Shake well for 10 seconds, then add fresh ice cubes to a glass and strain over the mix. Fill with sparkling water and garnish with blueberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Limonada
A simple drink with no fuss or hassle. Chuck it in the blender and add more sugar, honey, or natural sweetener to enhance the taste.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 2 Lemons or Limes
- 120g Sugar or Honey
- Sparkling water, Soda or Still Water
Instructions:
Chop your lemons into quarters and remove the seeds. Then throw them in a food processor, along with the sugar and 750ml of water. Blend thoroughly until the mixture creates a white foam, then strain/sieve the mixture into a jug.
Fill ¾ of a tall glass with ice and pour over the mixture halfway. For the other half, fill it with either soda or water. We recommend sparkling water. Finally, decorate your glass with a lemon or lime wedge/slice and serve.
Pineapple Mojito Mocktail
One of the most refreshing mocktails that pack a delicious pineapple punch. The mixture adds an incredible fusion of colours that looks impressive.
Ingredients

- 100ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Lime juice
- 100ml Sparkling lime flavour water
- 6 finely chopped mint leaves
- Pineapple
- Crushed Ice
Instructions:
Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and finely chopped mint leaves with a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake them till the shaker feels cold. Now fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and gently strain the mixture. To serve, top it with sparkling lime water and garnish with mint leaves and pineapple to add texture.
Rosemary & Grapefruit Spritz
A hint of rosemary actually makes your mocktail taste better and more flavourful, hence the two recipes. The combination of rosemary and grapefruit gives you a remarkable flavour that lingers in your mouth.

- 35ml Rosemary syrup
- 75ml Grapefruit juice
- Soda
- Crushed Ice
- Sprig Rosemary
For Rosemary Syrup:
- 3-4tbs Sugar
- 3-4tbs Water
- 1 sprig Rosemary
